MyCare Overseas is an easy-to-use, innovative tool designed to enhance your health care experience by offering the following services:

  • 24/7 Access to the Local Near Patient Team (in Specified Locations), the Global First Call Desk (GFCD), Beneficiary Support Center (BSC), and Technical Support

  • Country Information (Emergency Numbers, Medical Risk Ratings, Cultural Tips)

  • Translation Help and Local Language Support

  • ChatBot FAQs & Direct Link to the BSC

Sometimes families reside overseas or choose to either remain or live overseas. If that is the case for you/your family - Tricare Overseas may be something of benefit to you/your family. Due to areas individuals are able to reside, contact information is provided specific to region, including: Pacific, Latin America & Canada, Eurasia-Africa, and the Philippines

They have also developed the Near Patient Program (NPP) in specific locations. This program gives you access to in-country medical and non-medical professionals, including civilian providers overseas, who can help navigate the overseas health care system. These teams collaborate with TOP providers, overseas military hospitals and clinics, and Tricare Area Offices to answer questions you may have about care in the county you live in. 

 

The NPP is available in Bahrain, Belgium, Germany, Greece, Italy, Japan, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Spain, and South Korea. If you aren't in an NPP location, the TOP Relational Call Center will continue to provide you support.

TRICARE Overseas provides information and resources to U.S. military and their families overseas, ensuring quality health care no matter where their work or travel takes them. Some examples include: Medical records translation; a list of military pharmacies; forms; and claims submission information.
